Accupoint Surveying & Design, LLC, established in 2015, is a professional, Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Soils Evaluation/Environmental firm. One of the only DBE Minority female-owned Engineering Firms in Central Virginia, Accupoint brings over 50 years of combined commitment to living, working, and serving in the area. Our roots run deep.

Amy Igarta-Seipp, majority partner and Principal Engineer of ASD has over 25 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering field. Amy’s been designing, leading, and managing projects of all sizes throughout her career. Her dynamic experience and innovative thinking bring a unique approach to a broad spectrum of projects.

Ed Willman, minority partner and Principal Surveyor of ASD, has over 28 years experiences and is a licensed land surveyor & on-site soil evaluator. Recognized as an expert in his field, he frequently consults and testifies in legal cases. Certified with the FAA for remote drone piloting, Ed will soon be a licensed aircraft pilot.
